Hills Showground Precinct West
As part of the concept Masterplan approval the Hills Showground West Precinct will provide a mixture of residential and commercial offerings. The approval allows for a maximum of 307 dwellings.
This will be the last site to be released for the Hills Showground Station Precinct
Hills Showground Precinct East
As part of the concept Masterplan approval the Hills Showground East Precinct allows for around 873 apartments, with a minimum of 5% Affordable housing for low and middle income earners.
Following a competitive tender process Diecorp were awarded as the development partner to deliver the detailed design and construction of the built form.

Doran Drive Precinct
The Doran Drive Precinct is currently under construction the site to be delivered in Hills Showground. The Doran Drive Precinct as part of the approved concept Masterplan, prepared by Landcom on behalf of Sydney Metro, allows for around 440 homes, including a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes, with a minimum of 5% dedicated to Affordable Housing for low and middle income earners. The concept also allows around 10,900m2 of retail, commercial and community space, including a village plaza surrounded by shops, businesses and a new supermarket.
Deicorp is the appointed developer of the site, known as Showground Village obtained approval for construction of a 20 -storey mixed use development, comprising of retail, commercial and community spaces, 430 residential units and a public plaza.
